久々のブログ更新です。もう一年も更新してなかった。書きたいネタはいっぱい有るのだが…。諸事情によりできませんでした。大変申し訳ないです。

さて、ホリエモンがついに収監され、再び塀の中の人となった。
彼は、日本に起業マインドの浸透と,ITを通じて起業という生き方もあるという事を教えてくれた人だった様な気がする。

「初夏になると､思い出すのは何ですか？｣と聞かれたら､サイクリストや一番想起する毎年恒例の行事と言えば､夏の北海道一周自転車旅行であり､歴史と伝統を誇る自転車レースであり､「自転車レースのＦ１」との異名がある！？「ツール･ド･フランス｣だと思う｡ 現在はどうか知らないが､かってはフジテレビ系列(CX系列)で､Ｆ１とほぼ同じ深夜の時間帯に中継放映されていたから､サイクリスト以外の方でもご存知の方もいらっしゃるのではないだろうか｡(因みに､テーマソングには､同じフジテレビ系列のＦ１中継のテーマソングを担当したT−SQUAREの「CHASER」が使用されていた｡かなりアップテンポな曲なので､朝に聴くと良いかも｡)If he is asked "what will remember if early summer comes" and it will be called an annual event a cyclist and every year which is recollected most, it is a round-Hokkaido bicycle trip of summer, and is the bicycle race which is proud of history and tradition, and there is another name of "F1 of a bicycle race"!? 沖縄出身の新城幸也選手も健闘しているようですね｡「ツール･ド･フランス｣の選手で､僕の記憶に残っているのは､ガンから奇跡的に生還したランス･アームストロング選手であり､日本から本格的に「ツール･ド･フランス｣に参戦した今中大介氏ですね｡

それは、俺の元に来た一通のメールが全ての始まりだった。

「今まで、大して、何もしてこなくて、自転車冒険の世界では、北海道〔道東〕を２回ぐらい走行した事がなく、大した実績も無いのに、 Earth MTB-Touring〔地球一周MTB-Touring単独行〕を標榜し、とりわけ、憧れの厳冬期のロシア連邦(旧ソビエト連邦）＆ヨーロッパを含むユーラシア大陸をMTB単独行で横断と縦断する壮大な計画「厳冬期ユーラシアクロッシング計画 VIA Russia Siberia BY MTB（横断:ロシア連邦極東連邦管区チェコト自治管区 デジネフ岬〔Cape Dezhnev〕→ポルトガル・ロカ岬）&厳冬期ユーラシアクロッシング計画 VIA Russia Siberia+Tibet BY MTB(横断:ポルトガル・ロカ岬→ノールカップ→ロシア連邦シベリア連邦管区チェリュスキン岬〔Cape Chelyuskin〕→チベット→インド･コモリン岬)〔通称:厳冬期ユーラシアクロッシング計画。現在、計画練り直し策定中。〕へ出ると、大風呂敷を広げたものの、諸般の事情が有り世界へ出られなかったのに、求職中のこの身の上で、この若者に何をしてあげられるのだろうか？どんなアドバイスをしてあげられるのだろうか？」と一考し、他の用件も有ったので、返信が随分遅くなってしまいましたが、ちゃんとアドバイスしてあげましたよ。

彼のBlogにも書いてありますが、彼は自転車日本一周の途上でいろんな人と交流したいそうです。

どんな移動手段を選択すのるのかは、個人の自由だ。しかし、敢えて、苦言を呈するならば、基本的にはママチャリだと、坂道等で難儀するので自転車での日本一周単独行は、MTB(マウンテンバイク)の方が、小回りが利くし、悪路にも強いと思のですが…。

あまり人の事を言えた義理では無いですが、敢えて重ね重ね苦言を呈する様で大変申し訳ないけど、彼は日本一周で物品等のスポンサー協力要請も各方面にしておられた様ですが、特に最近の欧米と日本を含めた今日の世界の冒険界と登山界と、自転車冒険界のメインストリーム(主流)は、国内遠征は自己資金で計画を遂行し、完結させ、海外遠征も自己資金でやり、それでも不可能な場合は、スポンサーへの協力要請を依頼し、完結させるのが、主流と言うかほぼ常識になっている。

「これだけジャーナリズムとインターネットが発達し、社会の審美眼が厳しくなっているのに、何を考えているのか。｣と思う。

彼とのメールのやり取りをしている時に、1997年頃の某海外系サイクリングクラブの新年会の席上で、世界一周を成し遂げ海外系サイクリングクラブを一から作り上げた創始者であり、代表のI.M氏に言われた言葉が強烈に脳裏を過ぎった。

「大場満郎氏(北極海徒歩横断単独行&南極大陸徒歩横断単独行達成者。後に植村直巳冒険賞受賞。)みたいに、スポンサーに頼りっきりだったら駄目だ。どうせ行くのやったら自己資金で行かなければ駄目だよ!!頑張れ!!」

確かこんな事を言われたと記憶している。
当時、まだシベリア横断が達成されていない頃、シベリア経由でユーラシア大陸をMTBで計画し始めた頃だった。(1995/12/17に立案着手。あれから15年も経って一向に実現出来ぬまま走馬灯の様に年月は過ぎ去ったが、まだやる意欲はある。)

基本的に僕はそういう立場にあるので、自己資金で自己完結し翻意する様に説得したのだが、思考の違いと言うべきなのか、スタンス(立場)の違いは拭い去る事が出来ぬまま、彼の「自転車日本一周弾き語り単独行｣の出発(7/1)を迎える事となったが、幸運な事にスポンサーが見つかり、無事スタート出来た様です。

無事最初のペダルの一漕ぎが出来た様で何よりだ。

立場の違いこそ有れ、同じサイクリストとして、一歩を踏み出せた事を歓迎したい。

前述した様に、あつい さんは日本全国を行脚しながら、弾き語りをして各地の人々と触れ合いたいそうです。


この原稿をUPした頃には、彼はもう湘南をスタート地点に、東海道(国道一号線)を一路に西へ向け、元気に走行中だと思う。

皆さんも、彼を見かけたら、いろいろサポートとかしてあげて下さい。僕からも宜しくお願いします。

He seems to want to exchange the bicycle top of Japan surroundings on the way with various people though it writes in his Blog.

He : though it apologizes to give unpleasant but wholesome advice repeatedly very much though the sponsor cooperation request of the article etc. was made each district by the top of Japan surroundings though it dare not to be so in the obligation that was able to mean person's thing. A domestic expedition carries out one's project by funds on hand, and it is concluded, and especially, the main stream of the adventure field in the world of today including recent Europe and America and Japan, the climbing mountain field, and the bicycle adventure field (main current) still does the overseas expedition by funds on hand, and says that it is a main current to request, and to conclude the cooperation request to the sponsor when it is impossible or is almost common senses.

It is memorized that such a thing was said iwis.
At that time, when the Siberia crossing had not been achieved yet, it began to have planned Eurasia with MTB by way of Siberia. (It starts 1995/12/17 the plan . There is a desire to still do though it passed away like the shadow-picture lantern in as many as 15 years at years though it is not possible to achieve at all. )

Basic..such..standpoint..funds on hand..conclude..change one's decision..persuade..idea..differ..say..stance..standpoint..differ..wipe..leave..bicycle..Japan..play..Narrator..solo climbing..departure..receive..lucky..thing..sponsor..find..safely..start.

One rowing of the first pedal was able to be done safely and above all.

　この出来事で感じたのは、これから、冒険家や、登山家や、サイクリストや、旅人の中にもTwitter（ツイッター）を冒険での実況中継のツールとして使う人が確実に増えて行くのかも知れないと思うし、また、これだけ、全世界的にTwitter人口やが増えたのだから、こういったメディアを活用し、「今、00から遠征に出ます」とか、「今ココの景色がきれいです」など、冒険家や、登山家や、探検家や、旅人（汽車旅含む）や、サイクリストＥｔｃ.が、国内外を問わず、デジタルカメラと、ビデオカメラと、ノートパソコンと、広帯域の通信手段（モバイルブロードバンド）さえ有れば、現地から実況中継して旅や冒険のレポーターになれる可能性を秘めた有効なツール（道具）だと感じました。

　これは極端に言ってみれば、２０年以上も前ではこういった事をやるのには、マスコミに掛け合わないと不可能に近かったのだが、報道カメラマンとか、テレビ局のレポーターの様に現地から自分達がインターネットを媒介としてHPとか、Blog&TwitterやSNS等の新しいメディアとしてのソーシャルメディアと、Ｂｌｏｇを連携させる事により、相乗効果を生み出していくのかなと思っています。

そういえば、もう一人積極的にそういったソーシャルメディアを活用している登山家がいる。
2010/1/3の夜に放映されたＮＨＫスペシャルに出演されていた栗城史多氏だ。
鮮明に想起されるシーンがある。覚えているのはヒマラヤの岩壁を登攀している最中に、ビデオカメラを片手に撮影し、手が離せないクライミングの時は山岳用ジャケットだったかフリースのジッパーの中に小型三脚を忍ばせ、登っていたシーンを思い出してしまいました。

この事からも分かるように、世界中の冒険家や、探検家や、サイクリストや、旅人は、情報発信ツールとしての用途の他に、いみじくも勝間和代氏が著書の中で、Blog等のメディアを「立体名刺」として表現しておられたが、ＨＰやBlogだけでなくTwitterや、ニコニコ動画（動画実況中継サイト）や、YouTube（動画実況中継サイトや、USTREAM（動画実況中継サイト）のSocialMedia Ｅｔｃ.を、もっと活用した方が良いのではないかと思うのですが、皆さんはどのように思われますか？。

自分は、少なくとも、もし海外MTB-Touringするとしたら、MTBにカメラやビデオ機材やGPS等を自転車に固定して、実況中継する事によって多くの人とのつながりが出来てくると思うし、かくありたいと思う。

昨晩、何気にBlogの更新作業をしていたら、ふとRSSリーダーの中の「音楽とのりものと・・・」の見出しが目にとまった。
日本国有鉄道（JNR.国鉄）時代から使用されている、「国鉄型」の特急用気動車「キハ181系」の後継機となるキハ189系気動車が、初の試運転をしたとの記事。


音楽とのりものと・・・ キハ181系の顔つきを受け継ぎつつバリアフリー推進…キハ189系気動車､「はまかぜ」向け｡５月22日試運転実施済より一部引用。

　３月中旬頃に製造元である新潟トランシス（旧・新潟鐵工所）にて落成、４月１日に京都（関西）入りを果たし、その後は東海道・山陽本線（ＪＲ京都線＆ＪＲ神戸線）、播但線、山陰本線を通って米子まで足を伸ばしたキハ189系特急形気動車。

　既にご存知のことと思いますが、播但線を介して大阪と浜坂や鳥取を結ぶ特急「はまかぜ」の現行運用車両であるキハ181系（旧国鉄時代からの生き残り！）の後継として製造された新型ディーゼルカーです。

　この新しい「はまかぜ」向けキハ189系が、去る５月22日、向日町操車場（京都総合車両所）から豊岡にかけて試運転を行っていたことが報じられています。

昔、DD51牽引の50系客車で余部鉄橋を通った事もあるし、特急おきとかで、キハ181系にはよく乗りました。お疲れ様でした。

また国鉄の残り香が無くなり、寂しくなるな…。

政治漫画家の小林よしのり氏のキャラクター『おぼっちゃまくん』がパチンコになったことが問題になっている。６月３日発売の『ＳＡＰＩＯ』（小学館）で、小林氏が以下の釈明をしている。この釈明を読んで、筆者ははじめて小林氏の台所事情がわかった。

< 作品は６人がかりで一日１２〜１３時間描き続けても、一日２枚しか上がらない。だが原稿料の作画にかかる経費のことは一切考えられていないので、ものすごく安い！　毎月、累積する赤字を単行本の印税で補填するしかない！　単行本が年３０万部以上売れなければ大赤字が出る。この出版不況でそれだけ売るのは、益々、困難になってきた。

わしが３０年以上やってこれたのは、子供を諦めて働き、貯蓄し、ヒットが出ない時は、貯金を切り崩してピンチをしのぐようにしてきたからだ。

こんな不況の中で、一般誌に連載していない『卑怯者の島』を２〜３か月、原稿料なしで描ける余裕などない。だがパチンコがヒットすればそれも可能になる。これはありがたい！>

実に正直な告白だと思う。ちなみに小林氏はこの釈明の中で、筆者についてこう言及している。
<佐藤優と鈴木宗男とその腰ぎんちゃくや金魚のフンどもが奇妙なことを言った。小林よしのりは金儲けのために描いている！>

確かに私はそのような認識をもっている。しかし、筆者はそれを「悪い」とはひとことも言っていない。筆者を含む職業作家は、誰もが「金儲け」のために仕事をしているからだ。問題は、どのような言説で金儲けをするかである。筆者は、小林氏のいくつかの言説に強い異論をもっている。そのことで筆者と小林氏の間に諍いが生じた。この点については他の媒体で詳しく論じているので、ここでは繰り返さない。この諍いの過程で、筆者は小林氏が、北方領土が千島列島に含まれるか否かという、領土問題の基本認識ができていないのではないかという疑念をもつようになった。これは些細な問題ではない。１９５１年のサンフランシスコ平和条約２条ｃ項で日本は千島列島を放棄している。「北方四島は千島列島ではない」ということは、領土問題の基本中の基本だ。筆者は、現役外交官時代を含め、北方領土問題には真剣に取り組んできたつもりだ。沖縄問題、アイヌ問題についても小林氏の言説には違和感があったが、北方領土問題をめぐる小林氏の態度を見て、この人の思想に対する基本姿勢が筆者とは根本的に異なるという認識が決定的になった。

小林氏が、子供を諦めて働き、貯蓄し、ヒットが出ない時は、貯金を切り崩してピンチをしのぎ、パチンコであてて何を表現したいのだろうか？　筆者にはそれがまったく見えない。

小林氏は、<身を持ち崩すような毒もパチンコにはあるかもしれないが、それこそ自己責任だ>と自己責任論を展開する。また、小林氏は批判に対して、<ネット右翼は、商売を汚いことだと見なす社会主義的な体質がある。>、<パチンコひとつでガタガタ言っているような匿名のカスなど眼中にない！>と言い切る。ほんとうに小林氏はそう思っているのだろうか？　ネットで本件について書き込みをしている人々の多くは、小林氏の愛読者で、小林氏のことを心配しているのだと思う。小林氏の釈明を読んで、何とも形容しがたい悲しみを覚えた。（２００９年６月３日脱稿）

佐藤優氏がよくぞここまで言ってくれたものだと感心している。小林氏の安直な姿勢は大いに間違っている。第一、日本の駅前や郊外の道路沿いの景観を損ねているのはパチンコ店であり、パチンコを含めたギャンブル＝博打は人心を荒廃させ、多数の多重債務者を作り出している要因のひとつにもなっている。それに加えて北朝鮮へその売上金の一部が流入しているとの話を側問している。ちなみに韓国ではパチンコ店は禁止だそうだ。

第一報はAP通信(電子版)とBBC(電子版)と産経新聞(電子版)で知った。またまた北朝鮮がやらかした。全く傍迷惑な話である。今年に入ってから、もう何回も北朝鮮のミサイル発射が行われている。そしてまたまた今日も北朝鮮のミサイルが５発以上も日本海方面に向けて打ち込まれた。事前に日本の海上保安庁に通告があった模様。しかし、いくら金正日の健康問題と後継者問題が浮上しているのも背景としてあろうが、国際連合の安全保障理事会で制裁決議がなされたのにそれを無視して暴走するのは国際社会からも北朝鮮が非難の声をさらに浴びる事は必至だ。現に、拉致問題を抱えている日本政府も今回の北朝鮮のミサイル発射に対して非難の声を上げている。国際社会も、各国政府も非難の声を上げるだろう。確か、今年の三月だったと思うが中国が北朝鮮に対し新聞紙面(確か人民日報)を通じて。「北朝鮮は大きなおもちゃをいじるのを止めるべきだ」との旨の声明を出した。それにも拘らずこの様な事態で周辺国に多大な迷惑をかけているのに謝りもしない。このフレーズだけを読んだ場合、中国の言い分も尤もだとは思う。しかし、もし、このミサイルが核ミサイルであって、周辺国や日本本土やアメリカ本土に命中したらどうなるのだろう。言うまでも無くこの様な行為は大迷惑なので、北朝鮮はこの様な行為を即座に中止して欲しい！！北朝鮮はこの日本から拉致された人々を即座に帰すべきだ！！今年、アメリカ合衆国のオバマ大統領がチェコのプラハで核廃絶の為の「プラハ宣言」を行ったばかりだと言うのに、今般の暴挙は「プラハ宣言」に逆行するかの様な、平和と国連と国際社会に対する挑戦だと思う。もう、「恫喝のプロトコル(外交)」をやっても北朝鮮にとっては一銭の得にもならないというのに…。もうええ加減に北朝鮮はミサイル発射を止めてくれ！！そして、周辺国の人間は大迷惑な北朝鮮のミサイル発射に大いなる義憤の声を上げたほうが良いと思う。

　【ソウル＝前田泰広】韓国軍合同参謀本部は４日、北朝鮮が同日、南東部・江原道旗対嶺から日本海に向けて、ミサイル７発を発射した、と明らかにした。

　同日午前中にミサイル３発を発射したのに続き、正午頃と午後２時５０分頃、同４時１０分頃、同５時４０分頃にも１発ずつ発射したという。

　いずれも射程は４００〜５００キロで、日本海に落下したとみられ、短距離弾道ミサイル「スカッド」と推定される。聯合ニュースによると、日本を射程に収めた中距離弾道ミサイル「ノドン」（射程１３００キロ）の飛行距離を短くして発射した可能性もある

どうも「ノドン」級のミサイルをアメリカの独立記念日にあわせてミサイル発射をやった様ですね。
折りしも、今日は天皇陛下ご夫妻がカナダとアメリカへとご行幸へと出発された日だというのに…。両陛下がご無事にお帰りになる事を祈念致します。
その日を狙って来たのかと勘繰りたくなる。この事が北朝鮮に察知されていたとしたら大変な日本国家の一大事だと思う。

以前もこのBlogでも書いた様に完全に「視聴率崩壊」しているTBSだが、「夏の緊急番組改変｣を断行し、この度その概要が明らかになった。それによると、かなり大掛かりな救急処置的な番組改編が行われる様だ。今のTBSを人間の病気に例えれば、何かの交通事故で瀕死の重傷を負って一命を取り留めた患者の様だ。これで、蘇生出来るのか？今こそTBSの報道機関としての真価が問われる時だと思う。(下記の記事参照の事。)

韓国のドラマ番組を放送したってすぐに風向きが変わる訳ではなかろう。これは、自前で良い番組をクリエイトする能力が低下している証しなのではないだろうか？
私見では特にニュース番組の看板番組である「ＴＨＥ　ＮＥＷＳ」で梃入れを図るそうだが、「タレント・アナウンサー｣小林麻耶アナウンサー(元TBSアナウンサー。現在はフリーランスのアナウンサー。）がどうしようもないので現役の報道局のベテラン記者を投入するそうだ。現場の記者がニュース番組にキャスターとして出るのは良い傾向だとは思う。だが、今までの偏向報道等の問題を反省し、どう総括してこれからのニュース番組に生かしていくのか、それを踏まえた上でいかに報道機関としてやって行くのかがTBSに問われている問題なのではなかろうか。しかし、この様な「いかにも視聴率が下がったから手当てしました｣みたいな有様では、TBSは「緊急番組改変｣断行をやっても今年の夏を乗り切れないと思う。

「報道監視まとめWIKI｣(http://www15.atwiki.jp/houdou/。日本語のみ。)というWiki(まとめサイト)がある。このサイトの趣旨は一言で言えば、「偏向報道、偽装報道等をする報道機関を市民の目線で監視して日本の国を良くして行こう」。読んでみたが、国際問題になっている「NHKスペシャル『Japanデビュー〜アジアの一等国〜』問題.」 も取り上げられており、なかなか興味深い構成になっている。(これに関しては産経新聞、日本文化チャンネル桜などが、国営放送で反日的な報道をしたNHKに対して「反NHKキャンペーン」を現在行っており、日本のネットユーザーの論調もそれに追随しているのが現状だ。１回だけ『Japanデビュー』を見たが、偽装報道そのものだ。良質のドキュメンタリー番組等を制作する力がNHKにはあるのに、この現状ではTBSと同じ病根かもしれない。)。このWikiを読むと昨今の報道機関の病根がいかに深く腐っているのが良く分かる。
とにかく腐りきった病根を無くす為には、一日も早くTBSの「放送免許取り消し｣を日本の総務省に要求して止まない。

　外務省関連の国際機関「支援委員会」に対する背任などの罪に問われた同省元主任分析官、佐藤優（まさる）被告（４９）＝起訴休職中＝の上告審で、最高裁第３小法廷（那須弘平裁判長）は、佐藤被告側の上告を棄却する決定をした。懲役２年６月、執行猶予４年の１、２審有罪判決が確定する。決定は６月３０日付。有罪が確定すれば、国家公務員法に基づき自動失職する。

　佐藤被告の弁護側は「支援委の支出は外務省が組織として決裁しており適正。入札の不正にもかかわっていない」などと一貫して無罪を主張。佐藤被告も、「鈴木宗男衆院議員（６１）＝あっせん収賄罪などで１、２審で懲役２年、上告中＝を立件するための国策捜査だった」などと発言してきた。

　１審東京地裁は「鈴木議員の影響力に乗じた巧妙な犯行」と判断。一方で、「私的な経済的利益を得ようとしていない」として、執行猶予付き判決を言い渡した。２審東京高裁では佐藤被告の上司だった元外務省欧亜局長、東郷和彦氏も弁護側証人として出廷。支援委からの支出について、「外務省が組織として実行しており、佐藤被告が罪に問われることはあり得ない」などと証言したが、高裁は「証言は考慮に値しない」と判断。１審同様、鈴木議員の圧力も認定し、控訴を棄却していた。

　１、２審判決によると、佐藤被告は平成１２年、日本人の学者らを国際学会に参加させる費用など計約３３００万円を支援委から不正に支出させ、同委に損害を与えた。また同年３月にあった、支援委発注の国後島のディーゼル発電施設工事の入札で、予定価格の元となった情報を三井物産側に漏らし、支援委の業務を妨害した。

　佐藤優被告は１日、産経新聞の取材に応じ、外務省の姿勢を「トカゲのしっぽ切り」と厳しく批判した。“有能な外交官”から一転、外務省に損害を与えた「犯罪者」とされたことに納得がいかない様子で、「（事件の舞台となった）北方領土問題で何があったのか、外務省の機密費問題で何があったのか、裁判のため遠慮して話せなかったことを明らかにしていく」と挑発した。

　しかし、裁判所や検察に対する怒りの言葉はなく、有罪確定には「裁判所の判断だからしようがない」。逮捕・起訴した検察当局にも「恨みはない。一人一人の検察官は正義感が強く、捜査も組織としてやったこと。口には出さないけど、私に同情を示してくれた」とかばってみせた。

親交のあった故・米原万里さんがもし生きておられたら、この裁判をどの様に批評しただろうか？

それもそうだよな。やっぱり悲しんでいるのか…。このチンパンジーは、動物実験の献体としていたところを引き取られて、世界的な大スターの傍に居られてさぞかし幸せだったと思う。農場に引き取られたとの事で良かったと思う。
ただ、嫉妬するのはいただけないとは思う。チンパンジーも人間の感情に近い部分もあるのですね。彼にはマイケルの分まで元気で居て欲しいと思う。

一応、愛煙家の僕としては今回の措置は大阪等に出かける時は結構辛い対応だなと思っている。

あまりにも早すぎる突然のスーパースターの訃報が世界を駆け巡った…。いろいろ有った人生でしょうけれども安らかにお休み下さい。衷心より哀悼の意を表し心よりお悔やみ申し上げます。合掌。僕が一報を知ったのは、2009/6/25(JST)。インターネットの巨大掲示板 2Channel(http://www.2ch.net/)のニューススレッドで知った。日本の2Channelは、欧米における4Channelの様な掲示板の様な存在だ。それは横においておくとして…。1988年頃、マイケル・ジャクソン氏のファンで、日本のアイドル歌手(1988年当時。現在はタレント)の西村知美さんが頻繁に「ジャクソン５」時代の事などを確か彼女のラジオ番組等で取り上げていた。その影響もあったのか、西村知美さんの大ファンの僕は一枚だけマイケル・ジャクソン氏のアルバムＣＤ「BAD」を買った。当時、ONKYOのCDプレーヤーを買った頃だったので何回もよく聴いた。「BAD」はかなりダンサブルで音が右から左へと自在に流れる曲などバラエティーに富んだ構成で感心させられたのをはっきりと記憶している。「こんなに凄い音楽が世界には有るのか」と思った。当時、前年(1987年)に来日公演を行ったマイケル・ジャクソン氏は「BAD」でかなり時流に乗っていたと思う。当時は、下記の記事にもある様なマイケル・ジャクソン氏の影の部分を知る由も無かったが…。今も「BAD」の歌詞が鮮明に思いだされて来てならない…。

「Web 機能に影響した」のはどのような原因かなと思っていたら、日本のIT専門サイトのITproのニュースメールを読んでその謎が氷解した。どうも、マイケル ジャクソン氏が急逝した事によって、GoogleやYahooなどの検索エンジンでサーチをかけた事に起因する事が事の真相の様だ。
日本のIT専門サイトのITproによると、「世界中の人々がオンライン検索を行ったことで、インターネット上の様々なサービスが影響を受けた」と書かれていた。（2009/6/30追記。）

まあ、東京がこれぐらいの世論調査の数字だとすると、地方では衆議院選挙の時にはどうなるのだろうか？
先日、某政党の演説会に行って来たが、貧困層への支援等の政策課題を着実に実行しているなとの印象を受けた。

落選運動(問題のある立候補者名を公表) (http://nvc.halsnet.com/jhattori/rakusen/index.html)というホームページがある。ここのHPには日本の暗部や、問題のある議員の事が書かれており、選挙の時に一票を投じる際の判断基準になると思う。このページからリンクしているフランス国営放送がカルト宗教の創価学会を取材した番組「フランス国営放送の『創価学会――２１世紀のカルト』｣のレポート(http://nvc.halsnet.com/jhattori/rakusen/AntiSouka/Video.htm)も読んだが、かなりおぞましいカルト宗教集団(創価学会)が日本の政権中枢にまで食い込んで支配している現実に戦慄すら覚えた。(フランスでは反セクト法＝カルト宗教によって創価学会はカルト宗教に認定されている。)。いい加減自民党中心の圧政から目を覚まそうではないか！！個人的にはJCPが良いなと思っています。

2009/3/14のダイヤ改正で大垣夜行こと「快速 ムーンライトながら」が季節列車(臨時列車)に格下げになり、かなり夜行列車が減ったので、例えば関西から上京しようにも東海道本線・山陽本線の定期列車は「☆彡サンライズ出雲・☆彡サンライズ瀬戸」一本だけになったので指定券が取り難いのでかえって乗りにくくなったと思う。関西以西⇔東京、関西以西⇔東北、北海道の往来に便利な貴重な「日本海縦貫線」の夜行列車を存続して欲しいと一鉄道ファンとしては強く思う。
そこで関西以西⇔東京への往来で、今注目されているのが北陸本線回りのルートだ。「☆彡急行　きたぐに( 新潟行き→501M〜3527M・ 大阪行き→502M 大阪〜新潟)」は、直江津(信越本線で長野迄行き、長野新幹線乗り換え。北越急行ほくほく線→越後湯沢で上越新幹線乗り換え)、長岡で上越新幹線に乗り換えれば、関西から上京の手段として時間を有効活用できると思う。尤も、「☆彡急行　きたぐに( 新潟行き→501M〜3527M」は大阪駅１０番ホームに23:05入線、23:27発車と遅いから仕事などが遅くなっても大丈夫だし(東京発も遅い出発時間。)、国鉄（日本国有鉄道　JNR）時代から使用している５８３系電車なので寝心地も良いと思う。「きたぐに」はバラエティーも豊富で電車A寝台、電車三段式B寝台、グリーン車、自由席と多種多様でゆったりとした時を過ごせると思う。
他には「サンダーバード(雷鳥)」(大阪〜金沢・富山)＋「☆彡寝台特急 北陸」(上野行き→3002レ〜3012レ・金沢行き→3011レ〜3001レ。金沢〜上野)、「サンダーバード(雷鳥)」(大阪〜金沢・富山)＋「急行 能登」(上野行き→602M〜612M、金沢行き→611M〜601M。金カナ〔JR西日本金沢支社金沢運転所〕所属の４８５系特急用電車使用。)の金沢乗り換えのパターンが使いやすいと思う。　(参考文献：JR時刻表2006/3月号より引用。)

※現在、大阪駅改良工事と北陸新幹線工事の為、発車時刻や発車番線の変更等の可能性があり得るので、これからの旅行シーズンに利用される方は事前に確認される事をお勧めします。

その貴重な「日本海縦貫線」の夜行列車にとっては辛い先行きになりそうなニュースが入ってきた。２０１４年度末に開業予定の北陸新幹線に関する話題だ。

北陸新幹線に「長野」の名前を残すのは行き先が良く分かるので賛成です。愛称名がどうなるのか今から楽しみですね。「あさま」が残るのか、それとも愛称名を公募するのか？出来れば、往年の碓氷峠越えのＬ特急「白山」(上野〜直江津〜金沢)の名称を復活させて欲しいですね。あと、往年の急行だと、「立山」、「兼六」なんかの名称も北陸新幹線に使えないかな？と思います。

う〜ん。しかし、夜行列車派にとってはかなりシビアな話だと思う。JR西日本の「日本海縦貫線」の看板列車である「トワイライトエクスプレス」(大阪〜札幌)、「☆彡寝台特急 日本海」(大阪〜青森)は旅情たっぷりの良い列車なのに…。もったいない話だと思う。「日本海縦貫線」の夜行列車は今の内に乗っておかないと廃止になる可能性すら排除出来ないのだ。是非とも北陸新幹線開業後も、「北斗星」の第三セクター鉄道乗り入れのパターンを見習って「日本海縦貫線」の夜行列車を残して頂く様に、ＪＲ西日本とＪＲ東日本に今のうちから強く要望して行った方が良いと思う。それが僕達、鉄道ファンの願いであり、とりわけ夜行列車が大好きな「夜行列車派」の願いだと思う。私見では「日本海縦貫線」の夜汽車が残れば、夜行列車の文化が残るのも事実であり、国鉄分割民営化以降、JRになってからかなり味気無くなって来ている日本の汽車旅にスパイスを効かせているのが「夜行列車」なのだと思う。
あと、北陸新幹線の開業によって大阪〜東北・北海道の貨物輸送はどの様に変化するのだろうか？

かって、「報道のTBS｣、「ドラマのTBS」と言われ、在京キー局としてはかなりの地位であった東京放送(TBS)(http://www.tbs.co.jp)の視聴率が崩壊して昔日の面影も無い様な見るも無残な最悪な状況に陥っている。下記の記事を見て頂ければその現状が良く分かると思う。

最悪な数字だな…。最近のTBSは面白くないし…。TBSは万死に値する罪悪を作って来たからだと思う。理由は後述。

最悪な状況ですね。ドラマもきついのか…。たまに小林麻耶の出ている『THE NEWS』も見るが、内容的には以前の「筑紫哲也 News23」の方がマシだったし、過去では田秀雄氏の頃の「ニューススコープ」(私事で恐縮だが、この番組で故・植村直巳氏のマッキンリー(デナリ)遭難の第一報を知ったのを鮮明に記憶している。)や、故・料治直矢記者の出ておられた時の「報道特集」の時の方がまだましだったし、クオリティーも高かった様に記憶している。昨今のTBSや放送業界や、能無しで取材に出ようともしない完全にタレント化した女性ニュースキャスター(女子アナウンサー)の現状を故・料治直矢記者が見られたら、さぞかし草叢の影から嘆かれるであろうと思う。
もう、TBS＝JNNは駄目だわ…。まだ他局の方がまだ内容的には良いと思う。
他局では、CX(フジテレビ＝FNN)で滝川クリステルが出ている「News Japan」(個人的にはこの番組が好きです。)や、NTV(日本テレビ)で小林麻央が出ている「News　Zero」、テレビ朝日の「報道ステーション」(旧ニュースステーション)、テレビ東京の「World Business Satellite」の方がクオリティーも高いし、内容的に見てもまだましだと思う。

TBSのアナウンサーで真面目で一番真っ当だったのは、故・川田亜子アナウンサーや、退職した進藤晶子アナウンサーや、海保知里アナウンサーぐらいだと思う。(横道に逸れるが、進藤さんも、海保さんも儂の大好きなパソコン雑誌『週刊アスキー』に連載をもっていた。プログ（Blog）→ 週アスブログ ／ 週刊アスキーWeb 進藤さんは対談が多かったし、海保さんはテストコーナの「なんでも使用レポート パソコンが好きだ！！」でPanasonicのレッツノートをバリバリ使いこなしてレポートしていたのが印象的だった。)

昨年7月の一連の不倫騒動の際には、儂は「馬鹿野郎どもめが！！ドアホ！！そら、社長が貞操観念の無いだらしない事をしていたら、部下であるアナウンサー見習ってしまうはずやな。」とその時、故・川田亜子アナウンサーの事を思い、義憤に駆られ大激怒したのだった。

あれだけ騒がれている新型インフルエンザ A/H1A1だが、地方自治体の基準にの差異による悲劇が起きてしまった。先日、結果として奈良県に二例目の新型インフルを持ち込ませてしまった東京都の基準の甘さが原因の事件だ。　
元々今般の事態の「震源地」は関西なのだから、当然関西での新型インフルの基準も厳しい。それに対して、東京都の基準は甘すぎたと思うのだ。関西ならば、「強制入院」させているところだが、東京都はそれをしなかったが為に、かような事態を引き起こし、古都・奈良に新型インフルエンザ A/H1A1の感染者が入ってしまう事になってしまった。感染者を京都駅まで奈良県の救急車で迎えに行ったそうだ。儂があれ程、厳格にやって欲しいと提言したのにも関わらず、誠に遺憾だ。一奈良県民としては迷惑至極なので東京都の新型インフル基準の厳格化と猛省を促したい。最後にこれだけは言っておきたい。「他県に迷惑掛けたのだから、東京五輪をやる資格は東京都には無い！！」

でも、今年の秋から冬にかけて新型インフルエンザ A/H1A1がPandemic(パンデミック)になった時、どうなるのだろう…。

good-bye and my youth -- Kodachrome -- be eternal! !
写真を生業としてするプロカメラマンや、アマチュアカメラマンが好んで愛用してきたイーストマン・コダック社のリバーサルフィルム｢Kodachrome 64｣(略称：KR。現像プロセス→K-14)の廃止が決まったとの報道(2009/6/22火曜日 産経新聞大阪本社版夕刊三面総合面)に接し、デジタルカメラへシフトした時代の変化に愕然たる思いをすると共に、「さらば、我が青春のkodachrome（コダクローム）よ！！、何だか国鉄（日本国有鉄道　JNR）のローカル線の廃止や、近年の夜行列車の廃止を想起してしまうな。今まで有り難う。でもリバーサルフイルムにこだわって撮影してきたものとしては悔しいな。」と呟いてしまった。orz。

僕自身も専門学校在学中から社会人初期に、堀内カラー(HCL)大阪現像所（http://www.horiuchi-color.co.jp）でメッセンジャーのアルバイトとして勤務していた頃(1989/7〜1991)から、コダクロームシリーズは｢Kodachrome 64｣をはじめとしてPKR(コダクローム64プロ)やPKL(コダクローム200プロ)、ＫＬ（コダクローム２００）は汽車旅での写真撮影や、鉄道写真撮影、西村知美さんの各地でのレコード発売キャンペーンや、その他のイベント会場で、KODAK×Nikonのコンビで使いましたね。
西村知美さんの1993年5月の東京・銀座の山野楽器本店7FJamSpotのイベントでも薄暗い照明なのに辛うじて写っていました。
※僕が撮影した西村知美さんの写真は、肖像権とパブリシティー権の権利の関係上、自分のＨＰ等にUP掲載する予定はありませんのであしからず。そう言えばあの1987/6/28〜2000/12/31にかけて撮影した西村知美さんのトータル219本のポジは未だデジタル化していなかったな…。

20年前から僕はKODAK×Nikonの報道カメラマンスタイルが大好きなのだ！。当時から「男は黙ってNikonだぜ！！」と思っていた。とにかくNikon＆KODAKのリバーサルフイルムが大好きで愛機のメインカメラのNikonF801とTokina ATX150（SD-Lens 150mm.〜500mm.F5.6）とNikonEM＋MD14をＴＥＮＢＡ P-995に入れて、脚立も持って行き、報道カメラマンスタイルを気取って現場でとにかく良く撮っていた。当然、現像は堀内カラー(HCL)にお願いしていました。

とにかく国鉄色のディーゼルカー(気動車)等の赤系の発色が鮮やかに出るフイルムだったと思う。デジタルに押されて、最後はアメリカの現像所へ送付して現像依頼をしなければいけなかったそうです。基本的にコダック大好きなので残念だ…。あとは現像プロセス→Ｅ−６のコダックのエクタクロームか、フジクロームを使うしかないのか…。非常に残念だ。永遠にコダクロームの事は忘れないよ！！。

遅い！かなり遅い！やっと北朝鮮制裁に漕ぎ着けましたか…。ここに至るまでには各国の言い分もあったのだろうし、議論が長引いたにしても、北朝鮮への強い制裁はかなり遅すぎるに失した感は否めないし思う。
ましてや、北朝鮮による日本人拉致問題も解決していないのに、今年だけでも北朝鮮は日本に向けてミサイルを何度も撃ってくるし、北朝鮮での後継者争いも複雑に絡み、今度またミサイル発射の用意をしているとか…。全く度し難く不気味な国が日本の近所に居るのかと思うと、背筋が凍る思いさえする。
自衛隊さえ強ければ、今頃は拉致された方々を救出する事が出来たであろうと思うと、皇国臣民として非常に情けなく思う。日本の失業者をいざという時の自衛隊員にしては如何であろうか。

世界保健機構がスケールの上に最も高い第５段階から６まで H1N1 ウイルスの上に警告レベルを引き上げた後、豚インフルエンザが４１年で世界で最初の公式の広域流行病になりました。

The decision was made after a meeting of experts in Geneva today and comes as infections have climbed in Europe, the US, Australia, South America and elsewhere. The WHO chief, Dr Margaret Chan, yesterday examined data from eight countries with large numbers of swine flu cases.

豚インフルエンザが４月にメキシコから始まりました、そして、２７,７００人以上の人々に感染して、そして１４０を消して、７４の国に広がりました。(中略)
The WHO said pharmaceutical companies should start making swine flu vaccine. One manufacturer, GlaxoSmithKline PLC, said it could start large-scale production by July but large quantities would not be available for several months.
WHOは製薬会社が豚インフルエンザワクチンを作り始めるべきであると言いました。 １つの製造業者、 GlaxoSmithKline 社、がそれが７月までに大規模な生産を始めることができたと言いました、しかし大きい量は数カ月間利用可能ではないでしょう。

新型インフルエンザ A/H1A1のワクチンは直ぐには大量生産が出来ないのかな？これ以上蔓延しない事を祈るばかりだ。

とにかく大変な事態に突入した事だけは事実だと思う。

かなり分かりやすい説明だと思います。想定はされていたとはいえ。こんなに早くレベル6に上がるとは…。これからはいろいろ気をつけなければいけないですね。

私見では、今後の感染状況によっては、 Pandemic(パンデミック 感染大爆発)に発展する可能性も有るので、予断を許さない情勢が続くと思われるので、警戒を怠ることなく注意することが必要かと思う。
一たびパンデミック になって疫病が蔓延する事になれば、「100年一度の大不況｣と言われてる経済情勢や、日常生活など多種多様な分野において世界中が大打撃を受けるのは必至なのではなかろうか？と考えている。
感染拡大してしまったら、「戒厳令(非常事態宣言)」が布かれる事が予想されるので、旅行(特に海外旅行)などは自粛せざるをえないという事態が憂慮されると思う。

Since it seems that the unpredictable situation continues since there is also a possibility of developing into Pandemic ( infection loud explosion) depending on a future infection situation, in my opinion, I think it required to be careful, without neglecting watch.
1 whenever bread Pandemic if it becomes and an epidemic will spread, it is inevitable that the inside of the world receives a great blow in the economic affairs called "deep slump of the once of 100" and various fields, such as everyday life, -- a thing -- it is -- ? is considered.
Since it will be expected that "martial law (emergency warning)" is spread if infection expansion is carried out, a travel (especially traveling abroad) etc. thinks that the situation where self-control must be exercised is apprehended by it.

揺籃するコーカサス(カフカス)では、民族や宗教(キリスト教〔主にロシア正教会〕圏とイスラム教圏の境。)などが複雑に入り組みんでいる。おまけに旧ソ連の版図であった地域だけにロシアの影響力も強い。ここ10年間の情勢の動向だけをとって見ても、二度に亘るチェチェン戦争とロシア・グルジア六日間戦争で多くの人々が犠牲になっている事を考えると居た堪れない気持ちになる。為政者は武力をもって制すれば人心は治まると思っているのであろうか！？少なくとも僕はそうは思わない。殺し合いは絶対にすべきでは無いと思うのだ。今般の事件に関して心よりお悔やみ申し上げます。合掌。

〔Nara Japan/2009/6/9/5:00〕久々に明るい話題を聞いた。日本の鉄道関係のライターのパイオニア的存在にして第一人者であるレィルウェイ・ライターの種村直樹氏が長年のライフワーク的な旅として一部のファンの面々と共に行ってきた「日本列島外周の旅」が2009/6/6/15:00に出発地点である東京・日本橋にてゴールを迎えられた。紆余曲折もあったが70歳を超えて無事この旅を終えられた様で何よりです。種村氏のこの旅の偉業達成をこの場をお借り致しまして心からお祝い申し上げたいと思う。(↓下記のプログ（Blog）記事参照↓)

The "trip of the Japanese-Islands perimeter" which took to the pioneer-existence of the railroad-related writer of Japan and Mr. Naoki Tanemura of the Railway･Writer　( Official HP&Blog Japanese Only) which is an authority has performed with some fans' each one as years of lifework-trip was able to invite the goal to 2009/6/6/15:00 in Nihonbashi, Tokyo which is a departure point. 「遂に『日本列島外周気まぐれ列車の旅』を完遂されたのか…」いう感慨が湧き上がって来て万歳三唱。

６月６日15時。レイルウェイライターの 種村直樹 先生が、30年にわたった日本外周の旅を終え、スタート地点の日本橋に到着しました。年数回続け延べ日数493日という偉業達成の瞬間です。外周の旅出発は昭和55年（1980）６月５日

「日本列島外周の旅」とは、文字通り日本列島の海岸線に沿って旅するという壮大な計画だった。上記のプログ（Blog）のレポートにもある様に、日本国有鉄道(JNR）のローカル線廃止の嵐と国鉄分割民営化の議論とリストラの嵐が吹き荒れる直前の1980/6/5に東京・日本橋を出発し、年２〜３回に分けて行われたそうだ。
コースは房総半島を経て、一路北へ進路をとり、東北(水戸→仙台→三陸海岸→下北半島→青森)→北海道→東北(青森→竜飛岬→秋田→新潟)→北陸→山陰→北九州&西九州&南九州→奄美諸島→沖縄→九州(鹿児島→宮崎→大分→北九州)→本州(山口→広島→岡山)→四国(香川、徳島、高知、愛媛)→本州(岡山→兵庫→大阪→和歌山→三重→愛知→静岡→神奈川→東京→伊豆諸島→小笠原→東京)の順に踏破された様だ。
この旅を無事ゴールされて、種村氏も、同行された方々、種村氏のファンの方々や汽車旅ファンも喜びと安堵の気持ちでいっぱいであろうと思う事を思うと胸がいっぱいになる。

If it considers that a goal is made safely and Mr. Tanemura, and fans and train trip fan of people and Mr. Tanemura who accompanied regard this trip as full of the feeling of joy and relief, a breast will fill.

この「日本列島外周気まぐれ列車の旅」を種村先生が始められた時、僕は中学一年生だった。あれから３０年経ったが、その間、生涯一鉄道ファンである僕にとって、当時の鉄道紀行文学や鉄道紀行のルポルタージュの分野で「鉄道紀行文学の二大巨頭」と称えられ、栄えある金字塔を築かれてこの分野をリードして来られたレィルウェイ・ライター 種村直樹先生と、故・宮脇俊三先生(作家。2003年2月没。)の影響は絶大だったと思う。中学生から高校生時代にかけてかなりお二方の本を読んだのが、今の僕の旅における基礎を教えていただいた様な気がしてなりません。本当に良かったと思います。改めて「おめでとうございます。そして、汽車旅の良さを教えてくれて有り難うございます」と言いたいです。 お二方の功績といえば、鉄道ファンだけでなく、それまで縁の薄かった一般の人々にまで「鉄道趣味」＝「汽車旅」の良さを広められて市民権を得た。そのバリエーションは多彩で「日本列島一筆書き切符」「鉄道路線の乗りつぶし」という鉄道趣味の一分野を広められたのは種村直樹先生であった。

１９９５年か、１９９６年の３月だったかと思うが、サハリンが見える稚内のノサップ岬へ行った事がある。稚内モシリパユースホステルからノサップ岬へ北上する道の右側の水産加工場にキリル文字(ロシア文字)で船名が書かれた座礁船を見てギョッとしてしまった。地元の人に尋ねたら「ああ、あれはロシアの漁船だよ、座礁してもお金が無いから引き上げに来ないんだよ」との由。当時はロシアは故・エリッィン大統領の治世下だった。北の海の向こうを見つめながら、まだ見ぬロシアへ、ヨーロッパへ、世界一周の旅かに飛翔して、海外MTBツーリングへと想いを膨らませて行く原点になったと思う。

今、世界中で最もユーザーが多いのがWindowsであるのは周知の事実だ。Windows XPはまだまだ使えるのに、何でマイクロソフトやパソコンメーカーはWindows Vistaや2009年10月28日(日本での発売予定日)に発売予定の「Windows7」の方へ力点を置くのだろうか！？(但し、現在一部のメーカーではWindows XPプリインストール機を販売しているし、最近はやりのネットブック(ＵＭＰＣ)はWindows XPを搭載している機種もある。パソコン専門ショップ(フェイスやソフマップ等)で販売している自作ＰＣユーザー向けのＤＳＰ版でも入手可能。)

しかし、ロシアの独占禁止当局の言い分も「なるほどね。尤もな意見だな。」と思う。修繕して使えばまだまだ使えるPCがあるというのに…。環境(エコロジー)の観点からも、「もったいない」のではなかろうか？世界中のWindowsユーザーやパソコンユーザーの中に少なからずそう考えている人々もいるはなかろうか。僕は強くそう考えています。皆さんはどう思われますか？

マイクロソフトやパソコンメーカーはこの事態をユーザー＝消費者の観点に立脚して物事を再考して頂けると幸いです。

☆周知の事実だと思うが、クリエイター<広告写真家>等に愛用者の多いアップル社のマッキントッシュはＣＰＵをPower PCからIntel Core2に変更してから、Windows XPやWindows Vistaとのデュアルブートが可能になった事でシェアが上ったと側聞している。結構マッキントッシュは首尾一貫した企業姿勢を貫いているように思う。

確か最近、ネットのどこかで見かけた記事(［特集 : カスペルスキー Virus Analysts Summit レポート］)なのだが、開発中の『Windows7』に関して、「Kaspaersky Internet　Security｣等のセキュリティソフトを開発しているKaspaersky Laboratory(カスペルスキー研究所 本社：ロシア連邦 モスクワ)の創設者であり、CEOのユージン・カスペルスキー氏(Mr.Kaspaersky)が来日した際にＩＴ関係のメディアのインタビューで「『Windows7』のセキュリティに関しては懐疑的だ」と語ったという。パソコンソフトやOSの初期段階ではバクがつきものだし…。その点ではこの発言は的確なものだと言えると思う。
個人的には、高度なセキュリティー性能を有する「Kaspaersky Internet　Security｣(ロシア)や「G-DATA Internet　Security」(ドイツ)をプリインストールしているパソコンメーカー製の製品が有っても良いと思う。
